A short description of what you coach, your experience, relevant qualifications, service area and availability. Please do not upload or paste identification documents, private client details or sensitive records.
Will my profile be published?
No. This form saves a private application for SLYH to review. It does not create a public listing, automatically approve your credentials or share your contact details with clients.
Can I apply if my discipline is not listed?
Yes. Choose the closest coaching area and describe your discipline in your own words. SLYH will review whether it fits the requests received.
When will I hear from SLYH?
SLYH reviews applications personally and may contact you by email for clarification or a relevant next step. There is no fixed response-time or work guarantee.
