We help schools source suitable sports coaches, organise programme evidence and respond to each quotation around its exact requirements.
School coaching pathway
For MOE schools and education partners, we are building a single coaching desk to source suitable coaches, organise the evidence and shape a programme around the exact brief.
SLYH is not affiliated with MOE, SportSG or GeBIZ. Every bid and deployment must follow the issuing school’s current specifications and approval.
Find coaches who fit the sport, age group, programme goal, venue and schedule.
Shape session plans, learning outcomes, staffing, equipment and wet-weather alternatives around the brief.
Organise the proposal, coach particulars, pricing, safety documents and required annexes for the exact quotation.
Coordinate attendance, substitutions, stakeholder updates, incident routes and post-programme reporting.
Identity and right-to-work documents, where applicable
Checked for school sports or programmes where it is required
Sport-specific certification matched to the programme
Valid Standard First Aid, CPR and AED where required
Current safeguarding learning and conduct expectations
Relevant experience, references, plans and school-fit review
We can help you turn a requirement into a clearer coach search and response pack—while keeping programme quality, safeguarding, operational readiness and value visible.
A quick guide to the terms in your programme brief, without leaving this page.
An invitation to quote asks suppliers to respond to a defined requirement. We organise the response around the issuing school’s scope, evaluation criteria, required evidence and submission instructions. Sending us an enquiry is not a GeBIZ submission, an award or approval to start work.
The National Registry of Coaches is Singapore’s coaching register. Where the programme requires it, current registration is one item to check alongside sport-specific qualifications, relevant experience and the school’s conditions. Registration alone does not guarantee that a coach is the right fit for a particular learner or programme.
We treat safeguarding as a programme-planning question: who supervises, what conduct is expected and how can a participant raise a concern? Confirm the school’s reporting route, coach responsibilities and required training before delivery. A training certificate or introduction is not a guarantee of safety.
A youth programme should put development, inclusion, enjoyment and safety ahead of treating children as smaller adult athletes. We use the brief to discuss age-appropriate goals, suitable activities and equipment, and supervision. The final plan must reflect the participants and the school’s requirements.
Our explanations draw on GeBIZ procurement guidance, CoachSG’s NROC information, the Safe Sport framework and Sport Singapore’s National Standards for Youth Sports. References checked 7 October 2026. This is an overview, not a compliance determination; the current issued requirements always take priority.
